I've worked with lawyers for years as a Legal Paralegal. My responsibilities include assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and case files, conducting legal research to support case strategies, communicating with clients, coordinating meetings, and more.
In my role as a Land Acquisition Specialist, I was responsible for managing the acquisition of land properties, which involved processing legal documents and handling negotiations. I conducted thorough location inspections to assess property value and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, I collaborated with local government units and stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
